Participation Consent related to your participation to the Easter week-end 2023 for Singles and Married Couples without kid

• You certify that each data entered into this file is true;
• You accept that the organizer excludes any liability in case of accident. You therefore allow the organizers to apply all the indications given by a health professional in case of emergency. You confirm that you are covered by an insurance valid in Switzerland for all costs relating to an emergency or hospital service;
• You accept the rules of Les Maisons du Bonheur. In case of infringement, organizers could decide to ban any participant to the week-end;
• You authorize that photos and videos of you are taken during the camp and they can be published on the EFCC or EFCC member churches’ websites;
• You accept the application of our General Terms and Conditions of EFCC, in particular the processing and the storage of your personal data. You understood that you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to lesraemy@thefederation.eu. In this case, your personal data will be erased and your registration will be cancelled.
