International Campus Ministry Conference 2025

When?	April 18 th – 21 st 2025
Where?	Location – Tallinn, Estonia
Who can participate?	Members of the International Church of Christ and their guests may attend the conference. Attendees should be involved in campus ministries or be teens going into campus next year. Minimum age – you must be born before March 31st, 2007.

Registration fee:	Early bird: € 45.- till January 31 st 2025 ⁠Normal bird: € 55.- till February 28 th 2025 Late bird: € 65.- till March 28 th 2025

Registration refund Policy:	All refund requests must be made in writing. Refund requests postmarked on or before February 28 th 2025, will receive a full refund; LESS € 10.- for processing fee. Refund requests postmarked after February 28 th 2025, will not be honored, unless there is a governmental law that avoids the participant to come and to stay in Tallinn.

IMPORTANT: If you would like to participate but you cannot come due to financial limitations, please contact the project manager (ICMC2025_at_thefederation.eu).
The organisation and the costs related to the travel to Tallinn are under the responsibility of every participant. Lunch and dinners are not included in the registration fee. Housing is not included in registration, it is dealt with on the next page.
