Participation Consent for the New-Year Eve Retreat 2024

By submitting your registration file:

You certify that all data entered into this file is true;
You accept that the organizer excludes any liability in case of accident. You therefore allow the organizers to apply all the indications given by a health professional in case of emergency. You confirm that you are covered by an insurance valid in Italy for all costs relating to an emergency or hospital service;
You understand that you will participate to a week-end with a spiritual purpose.
You authorize photos and videos to be taken of you during the session and permit them to be published on the EFCC or EFCC member churches’ websites;
You accept the application of our General Terms and Conditions of EFCC, in particular the chapter IX with regard to the management of your personal data. You understand that you may at any time request the revocation of this consent and the deletion of your personal data by sending an e-mail to nyeretreat_at_thefederation.eu.

Registration to New-Year Eve Retreat 2024

Please fill in all the requested fields and then click on “Submit” to record your registration file. By submitting your registration, you will be directly invited to proceed with the payment of your registration fee by using a credit card, unless this fee has already been paid.

Your registration is only effective once the registration fee has been paid.

We ask you to fill in a registration file for every participant.
