Participation Consent

• You certify that all data entered into this file is true;
• You understand that your child will participate to a camp with a spiritual purpose;
• You understand that this camp is followed by considering the interests of the participants;
• You accept that the organizer excludes any liability in case of accident. You therefore allow the organizers to apply all the indications given by a health professional in case of emergency.
• You confirm that your child is covered by an insurance valid in Switzerland for all costs relating to an emergency or hospital service;
• The participants are not allowed to bring alcohol, any tobacco products, knives or other dangerous and legally prohibited objects. Pocket knives that can be folded are however allowed. In the event of a breach of this regulation, the organizers have the right to ban participants from the camp;
• Mobile phones and other electronic devices will be collected during the entire duration of the camp (some exceptions may be discussed);
• You authorize photos and videos to be taken of your child during the week and permit them to be published on the EFCC or EFCC member churches’ websites;
• You accept the application of our General Terms and Conditions; in particular about the management and the storage of your personal data and those of your child. You understood that you can at any time request the revocation of this consent and the deletion of all these personal data by sending an email to swissteencamp@thefederation.eu. In this case, you understand that your registration is de facto cancelled.
